Yulia Fayn is a Russian-Israeli accomplished Stage and Opera Director & Producer. She graduated from the Russian Academy of Theatre Arts (GITIS) in Moscow, specializing in Musical Theatre Direction under the mentorship of Professors G. Ansimov and D. Bertman.
Yulia Fayn staged a lot of performances in the opera theatres in Moscow, including S. Prokofiev “Betrothal in a monastery” (2022), W. Mozart “Cosi fan tutte” (2021), G. Donizetti “Il Campanello” (2021), P. Tchaikovsky “Iolanta” (2021), G. Menotti “The Medium” (2020), Pergolesi “La Serva-padrona” (2019), F. Zuppe "Die Schöne Galatea" (2018), W. Mozart "Le Nozze di Figaro"(2016), "Bastien and Bastienne" (2014), “Il Maestro di musica” (2011), Debussy “L’enfant prodigue” (2011), and others.
Since 2022, Yulia Fayn has lived in Israel where she collaborates with the Jerusalem Opera Festival, the Ramat Gan Symphony Orchestra and The Israeli Opera in Tel Aviv. By now she has staged in Israel G. Donizetti “L’elissir d’amore”, P. Tchaikovsky “Eugene Onegin”, V. Bellini “I Capuleti e i Montecchi”.
